Train. Bring Your Little. Meet Other Mums.

Hey! I'm Oaks, owner of Flow and a mum too. Flow has brought me other mums to speak with, people to make the tough days lighter and a place to feel like me in my body again. It's why this class is so important to me, so that other mums can experience that at Flow too.

You don’t need childcare to have an hour that’s yours, created by and brought to you by other mums who found the gym a sanctuary too. All pre and post partum trained, to support you and your little in exercise throughout your whole journey to and through motherhood.

What To Expect

Mum & Littles is a dedicated fitness class for mums who want to train without needing to find childcare.

You bring your little one along, and while you get a proper workout in, they can stay with you in their buggy, play nearby or simply do their own thing.

The sessions are designed to help you get stronger, fitter and more confident in your body, while giving you the chance to meet other mums in the same stage of life.

And if your baby cries, needs feeding, needs changing or simply decides today isn't the day — that's completely fine.

This is a class built around real motherhood, and all that comes with it.

Frequently Asked Questions

QUESTIONS ON THE CLASS

Can my baby come out of their buggy?
Yes, where appropriate and provided they stay safely out of the way of other people exercising. Some little ones will happily play nearby while you train.

What if my baby cries?
Nothing to worry about. Babies cry. You can stop, pick them up, feed them, settle them and get back to your workout when you're ready.

What if I need to breastfeed?
Of course. You can pause whenever you need to. There is absolutely no need to apologise or feel awkward about feeding your baby.

What if my baby won't stay in the buggy?
That's okay. We understand that babies aren't exactly known for following the plan! We'll help you find a safe way for them to be nearby while you train.

Do I need to be fit?
No. Not at all. Every session can be scaled to your ability and where you are currently in your fitness journey.

I've never done anything like this before. Can I come?
Absolutely. You don't need any previous experience.

I'm postpartum — is the class suitable for me?
The class is designed with mums at different stages of postpartum and motherhood in mind. Your coach can adapt exercises to suit you. If you're unsure whether you're ready to exercise, or you've been given specific guidance by your healthcare professional, please speak to them before attending.

What if I'm having a really rubbish mum day?
Come anyway. 😂 You don't have to have a tidy house, a happy baby or your life together before you walk through the door.Sometimes getting out, moving your body and having a coffee with other mums is exactly what you need.

Can I come and try it before committing?
Yes —
