Family Fitness
A fitness session created especially for families! Move together, laugh together and create a love of fitness and the outdoors together with this special session. For all ages, but we expect our specific teenager class may be more apt for the teens out there!

Every Thursday we host a free run club for people in the local area, to come along to and get involved in! NO need to be a serious runner, but if you are you are still welcome.
Thursdays session is about challenging yourself to run at a certain pace, relative to you. Doing it around others also challenging themselves always gives a sense of trying a little harder.

Women's Health Talk
Women’s health talk 35+
We have a lady coming to the gym Sunday 29th June @ 11:30am for a women’s health talk around perimenopause/menopause.
(This isn’t just limited to women over 35, if you’re a coach, would like to be prepared before you hit menopause or you’d like to know more to support your partner you’d be welcome to join us)
The talk will cover:
What’s happening to our hormones after 35
• Nutrition truths, supplement myths, and what to avoid
• Popular diets like fasting, keto, and GLP-1 injections — explained clearly
• How our bodies change as we age, and what we can do about it
• Simple, realistic hacks to support energy, mood, and weight
It will be informative, empowering, and a safe space to ask questions. There will be a coffee included so we can hang around after to chat - Whether you’re curious about weight loss, energy levels, or managing hormonal changes — this is one not to miss!
There will be a small charge of £5 to cover the costs. Let me know if you’d like to come along or if you have any questions 😊

Girls Night In
A small evening for the ladies of flow. We recognise that there’s been some big life changes for some over the year, from marriage to babies to pregnancy and so on and we wanted to bring everyone together to celebrate.
So there’s the 6pm class that you are welcome to do and stay after OR show up at 7.
Included is a constant sauna / cold tub option

. Optional games
Hopefully good vibes for any ladies who are a member of flow. We are asking for anyone who wants to come along just to pay £5 towards the food which will be especially made platter with lots to go around and we’ll cover the rest!

Charity Rounders Tournament
A rounders tournament for ALL! Raising money to offer summer training camps to teenagers, children and those from disadvantaged backgrounds. This tournament is not one to miss.
A small fee per team, but then once your team is in…. Rounders tournament for the afternoon, who will be the winner.

Teens Summer Training a
Throughout the summer holidays we have some special activities planned for all ages! Learn to weightlifting, get outside and enjoy some nourishing meals every single day. More information to come but get it in your diaries.

Handstand Workshop
Join us for a two-hour handstand workshop designed for all abilities, led by our expert coaches.
We’ll work on developing and refining your freestanding balance, handstand holds, wall drills and press progressions through focused coaching and technique work.
Whether you’re aiming to kick up for the first time or build control and consistency, you’ll leave with a clear path to keep progressing.
Our focus is always on building strength and confidence from the ground up.
Open to both members and non-members!
